•Ventilate rooms with fresh air for 20 minutes. Recommended if possible.
• Dust, vacuum, clean and disinfect entire Airbnb with attention to kitchens, bathrooms and often touched surfaces( switches, door knobs, faucets, remotes)
•Throw away all open or previous tenant food items and toiletries. Remove trash.
•Clean fridge and microwave interior. Check cabinet and stove interiors( wipe/scrub out if needed)
•Clean and put away dishes (using dishwasher or hot soapy wash)
•Change bed linens and put out fresh towels
•Gather up soiled linens in disposable or washable bags/bins
